I’m an operations and project execution leader who builds empowered, accountable organizations that deliver results.For 20 years, I’ve worked across the engineering–procurement–construction (EPC) industries in oil and gas, power generation, ICI. That experience is grounded on another 10 years in manufacturing - from hands-on project engineering and plant operations to leading cultural and operational transformation at the organizational level in high volume manufacturing, heavy equipment fabrication/assembly and machining My career started on the shop floor — solving problems and applying lean manufacturing principles to control quality and consistency of products. When I moved into large project execution, I realized that the real performance bottlenecks were in the organizational processes and how people lead, communicate, and take ownership. That insight has shaped everything I’ve done since.Today, I help organizations build systems of leadership that drive clarity, accountability, and trust.
