ACAM is a community-based arts education organization whose mission is to nurture and mentor at-risk youth of the in the arts in the greater Pico-Union neighborhood. ACAM seeks to empower youth, build self-confidence and self-esteem by developing their creative talents and honing their skills in music, theatre and dance.
ABOUT PETER MEHIT
We have written over business plans that have been used to secure $1.5B in funding from banks, investors and institutions. We use a workshop approach that challenges the entrepreneur so they can successfully defend their idea while providing them deep insights both into their business model and potential funding approaches. In addtion, we have provided organzational change management and busienss process design to companies including IAMS, Ford Motor, ConAgra Foods, Hughes Aircraft and others. Our largest engagement was a three year contract to help the San Bernardino County Probation Department change their operating model and add staffing in the wake of the passage of AB-109 We have worked directly with entrepreneurs, have received numerous referrals from banks and have developed plans for venture capital and institutional investment companies. Our decades of experience are invaluable to entrepreneurs. In large engagements, we have considerable client management skills that will help us develop the in depth information that will set the correct tone for due diligence and beyond.
