ABOUT PETER MEASURES

I am an experienced offshore professional currently working as a Senior ROV Project Manager, with over two decades in the ROV and subsea industry. Since entering the industry in as a trainee, I have progressed into senior supervisory and management roles, providing client-side oversight on complex offshore operations worldwide.I have been a certified ROV Supervisor since 2006 (MTCS competency scheme) and have represented client interests across a wide range of subsea projects, from early-stage planning and risk assessment (including HIRA) through to execution, close-out, and final reporting. I am highly experienced in contractor management, operational assurance, schedule coordination, and interface management between vessel crews, ROV teams, divers, and project stakeholders.My technical background includes extensive hands-on and supervisory experience with Sea-Eye (Leopard, Tiger, Lynx, Panther+, Surveyor, Cougar, Falcon) and Sub-Atlantic systems (Mohican, Super Mohawk, Navajo, Comanche). Project exposure includes platform and subsea asset inspections (GVI, CP, FMD, UT), SAT and Air diver support from DSVs, construction and drilling support, touchdown monitoring, and cable lay operations. I have frequently acted as ROV Superintendent, with a strong focus on safety leadership, compliance, mentoring, and performance optimisation.I am fluent in French and comfortable working in multicultural, multinational offshore environments.I am currently unavailable but open to future Client Representative or Company Representative opportunities.
