I’ve spent over 35 years in the printed and personalised apparel industry — building businesses, developing brands, and helping people grow.In 1990, I founded Brookfield Designs with a simple focus: deliver quality, reliability, and service that clients could trust. What started as a screen-printing operation grew to serve fashion brands, schools, businesses, sports clubs, and associations across both B2B and B2C markets.In I helped facilitate the merger with Sports Crest Ltd — a pivotal moment that allowed us to scale further. Then in 2010, I led the rebrand to The Signature Works. That transformation wasn’t just about a new name — it was about clarity of vision, aligning our values with our market position, and building a brand that truly reflected who we were and where we were going.As we evolved, we identified strong opportunities within the education sector.In 2019, we launched Signature Schools — a dedicated retail and online platform providing high-quality school uniforms and accessories.In 2020, we introduced Signature Leavers, creating premium, design-led leavers’ garments that quickly positioned us as a market leader in that space.Today, The Signature Works continues to grow through strategic planning, vertical integration, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to customer service.Alongside leading the business, I also work as a coach and mentor to entrepreneurs and leadership teams.
