I am a versatile, highly motivated Business Change Consultant with over thirty years’ experience providing professional change services and project management expertise to the Financial Services Sector. I have a proven track record of shaping, leading, and delivering strategic change and transformation programmes to improve performance, colleague capability, customer experience, operational and business efficiency within a regulatory environment.I am passionate about taking complex problems and turning them into clear solutions for business users and customers whilst providing the training, tools and support to facilitate that journey. I achieve this through excellent communication at all levels, building strong relationships, planning, teamwork, attention to detail and leadership.Throughout my career I have delivered change and managed relationships across a range of organisations and different departments, products, locations and cultures.
