In my role as a Technical Support Specialist, provide advanced-level technical support and customizations for cardiovascular medical software, interfaces and related devices. I also serve as a technical resource and/or escalation point for the Technical Support team and provide technical support to Sales, Implementation staff and other internal departments. I work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, client managers, and software developers. • Provides advance-level technical and customization support to both external clients as well as internal departments as needed.• Acts as subject matter expert for design and implementation of complex client solutions.• Increases and maintains technical knowledge relating to all LUMEDX supplied software products.• Assists in trouble shooting installation problems, networking issues, and answering program functionality questions.• Provides custom query and report assistance.• Documents issues and shares information with other departments for product and service improvements.• Increases and maintains technical knowledge relating to Microsoft products including Operating Systems and SQL Server.• Provides Interface implementation customizations and assists with troubleshooting.• Participates in product design reviews and discussions.• Uses advanced skills to support complex systems.• Analyzes and evaluates complex existing or proposed systems.• Documents processes, solutions and standard operating procedures and contributes to LUMEDX best practice initiatives.
