As a Senior Product Consultant, I utilize my product knowledge, and 30+ years industry and process knowledge to facilitate collaborative sessions with equipment dealers to elicit business requirements, as well as working internally to define our product vision, roadmap, and backlog.I am an expert in recognizing where and how Texada applications offer value to a dealers customer’s business and can proficiently align their use cases with our applications and data capabilities in a compelling and easily understood manner. A key component of my role is to understand and advocate for business and customer needs.I am client-facing, and responsible for building relationships and acting as the primary point of contact with the dealer’s stakeholders and subject matter experts. Pre-Covid, this role required 50%+ travel.Internally, as a Senior Product Consultant I am a key team member on product implementation, enhancement or integration projects.
