With nearly a decade of experience in the digital manufacturing industry, I am a passionate and driven People Business Partner at Formlabs, a leading company in 3D printing technology. I am responsible for supporting over 300 staff globally across engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams, and ensuring that they have the resources, training, and opportunities to grow and thrive.In my current role, I drive the staffing strategy, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and management training for the engineering teams at Formlabs. I work closely with the leaders and managers to align the talent needs and goals with the business objectives and vision. As Engineering General Manager, I spearheaded the establishment of a new remote engineering hub in Durham, NC. I selected and negotiated the office location, built robust connections with headquarters, and played a key role in the initial staff recruitment.I have a strong background in biology and biotechnologies, which enables me to understand and communicate the technical aspects and challenges of the projects, complemented by my passion for nature as a Master Gardner, Certified Kayaking Instructor and Wilderness First Responder.
