As a senior engineer, I am responsible for rapid prototyping of new devices to get them to an MVP, taking MVP’s and redesigning them with a design history file an quality paperwork, and redesigning assemblies for manufacture and assembly. On a weekly basis I-CAD complex geometry in Solidworks-Design and 3d print(fdm, resin) in many materials -Utilize sites like McMasterCarr, Mouser, digikey, Smoothe On……ect to source parts for multiple projects that I manage in parallel-Touch/author quality paperwork(work instructions, mechanical drawings, work orders, shipping and receiving documents, Standard operating procedures…ect-Work with in house machinist or machine shops to have parts made -Laser cut patterns for test fits-Meet with key partners to ensure that the clients needs are understood and met in a timely manner
