   Championed and implemented a radically lower sampling rate while accuracy rework AND customer serving time (CST) went down (in fact by far the biggest CST win of the year). Oversaw and/or led a plethora of accuracy initiatives, sweating the details, modeling out scenarios and shaping minds along the way. A blend of detail-oriented focus and a willingness to tackle the deeper questions collaboratively and thoughtfully. Developed and articulated a clear vision of where the accuracy program needs to go next, in terms of technology, product, process and people.
