   I lead a team of 30 chemists, engineers, technologists and technicians that support PPG’s liquid industrial coatings business. Specifically, we lead all new product development efforts in liquid industrial coatings, offer full technical support to our customers and provide internal operational support for the product line. Our customers include large OEMs and other parts suppliers that require high quality, often custom-made industrial coatings. • Restructured the department in late 2020 to operate more efficiently and better able to adjust to post-Covid resource changes and loss of experience • Established local university relationships and launched local internship pilot program in my department • Technically support a Liquid Coatings customer base of over $300MM • Updated and upgraded department performance management practices • Established Liquid Preferred Product Offering in conjunction with Product Management
