   Within Pavilion Payments, I am responsible for the internal hiring process, internal and external relationships, managing talent and hiring managers, and setting the standard for culture, etiquette, and overall expectations early on- Directly involved in 34 new hires from March up until Q4 of 2025- Implemented a brand new ATS (ExponentHR), migrating data from Greenhouse. Educated team members on the new ATS and set the standard for its use- Assisted new team members with onboarding through introductions, sharing initial information, and providing key materials that ensure quick adaptations to company culture and success- Pitched the Pavilion mission and potential opportunities to interested candidates and sourced professionals, maintaining consistent and open dialogue throughout interview processes- Out of sourced candidates, 5/6 continue the process following an initial screening and listening to my pitch relating to the opportunity- Worked on roles within HR, IT, Operations, Product, Sales, and more- Consistently managing a balance of open communication with the leadership team and being an individual contributor- Currently averaging a 57% LinkedIn InMail response rate for the year 2025.
