The 160-acre project afforded me the opportunity to be actively involved in Boise Research Center’s master planning, construction management, leasing, sales and management.

A partner at TOK Commercial, I have over 30 years of commercial real estate brokerage sale, leasing and development experience. Notable projects that I\'ve been involved with include: 11th & Idaho, Boise Research Center, River Quarry, Victory Business Center, Barber Station, Key Financial Center, 9th & Idaho and Federal Way Commerce Center.I currently serve on the Greater Boise Auditorium District Board of Directors, TitleOne Corporation’s Advisory Board, ACHD Capital Investment Citizens Advisory Committee (CICAC), and the ACHD Commercial Developer’s Advisory Committee (CDAC). I am a past board member of the Bishop Kelly Foundation, St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital Advisory Board, the Children’s Home Society of Idaho, College of Idaho, the Bishop Kelly Board of Governance, and the Development Services Advisory Committee (DSAC) for the City of Boise.
