I thrive in ambiguity at the intersection of technology, strategy, and collaboration.I’m passionate about driving innovation in renewable energy, clean tech and industrial decarbonisation. My career has been defined by delivering high-impact projects, scaling dynamic operations, and bringing award-winning technologies to market. From leading the development of AI-powered hydrogen solid state storage and solar PV systems, to managing multi-million-pound renewable energy projects. I’ve spent the past 6 years at a fast scaling climate tech company. My role was broad, I secured over £11M in strategic funding, formed and managed consortiums of a range of stakeholders from industry and academia to deliver strategic technologies aligning with UK policy, and scaled energy storage systems >800x. Previously I led the development of PV products and projects where I rolled out a BIPV product into multiple markets and a home solar offering for Ikea in Germany.Additional highlights of my career include- Winning an iF design award for building integrated PV- Winning a double Queen’s Award for Innovation and International Trade- A first of a kind drone flight using chemically bonded hydrogen storage- Development of an energy storage prototype for demonstration on the BBC Xmas lectures at the Royal Institution- Developing 23 granted/pending patents for groundbreaking products- Becoming a Chartered Engineer and an Enterprise Member of the Royal Academy of Engineering.In my downtime you’ll probably find me either baking bread or making pizza; I love to cook (and eat) and I even built my own wood burning pizza oven.I’d love to connect with like minded people to discuss the clean energy revolution, making the world a more sustainable place, or even pizza… feel free to reach out!
