As a Solutions Architect at AWS with over 16 years of experience in strategy, design, and implementation, I\'ve built a track record of turning stalled projects into production systems and helping customers achieve outcomes they weren\'t sure were possible. 1) When a customer needed to process 100 million actions daily with sub-2-second response times, I designed the architecture that proved it could work on AWS: technology they initially believed could never meet their latency requirements. 2) When a data platform failed five times over six years, I partnered with engineering teams to finally get it live, supporting 50+ business use cases across the organization. 3) When a machine learning modernization project was stuck, I broke it into clear engineering steps and worked through each one to unlock over $10 million in annual savings, and allow them to scale to their entire enterprise. The numbers tell the story: a real-time compliance dashboard launched to 3,400 members, a mainframe migration that let a customer finally shut down their on-premises data center, and customers trained and empowered for a rapid system modernization, and AI developer tools deployed to 1,400 engineers. I specialize in working backwards from customer KPIs to build business architectures, preparing cost and service estimates, and briefing leadership to launch solutions rapidly and iteratively. Previously, I managed a team of ten that built and deployed an enterprise-wide analytics platform spanning visualization, data science, and data storage.
