With 5+ years expertise in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Continuous Improvement, my objective is to progress to take on a more strategic role where I can use knowledge and leadership to make a direct impact to business success. I’m ready for this, I have significant career achievements and the personal qualities to succeed. I’m self-motivated and passionate to engage with and empower others and to share my passion through clear communication. Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Continuous Improvement is about helping people and systems work smarter; I use my skills of idea generating and influence to build effective teams, deliver effective solutions and meet deadlines. I love the fact that every area of a business can benefit from lean, it’s the application of common sense, stepping back from complicated systems & processes and empowering people to focus on what the customer really wants.
