With over fifteen years of experience, I have lead and coordinated dozens of complex and highly visible projects by leveraging both my skills and background in project management, engineering, data analysis, and process improvement. I am also a certified SAFe 5 Agilist and Scrummaster and enjoy leading strong, self-organizing, and efficient teams. I truly enjoy helping others address and solve complex problems. By utilizing data I can remove the emotion behind our decision making and ensure we are making the most informed decisions with the highest impact possible. By collaborating with leaders across product, engineering, and ops I am able to to provide constant forward movement, alignment, and project transparency.
