With heaps of global experience designing and delivering digital products and services, I work with leaders and teams to apply HCD across the product–service continuum. By combining systems thinking with UCD, I design agentic AI systems that drive measurable business value, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience.I am hands-on across User Research, Service Design, UX, and UI, bringing deep craft expertise to the full lifecycle. Recognised in UX, UI, Service Design, and DesignOps, as well as applied AI, I help organisations build high-performing, AI-enabled design capabilities. In recent years, I’ve embedded Generative AI into research and design operations to accelerate delivery, reduce risk, and elevate quality. I created the DesignOps 8Ps Framework to guide enterprises in developing world-class research and design operations.
