Construction administration, client relations, submittal and RFI management for building shell, as well interior finishes-Hell\'s Kitchen Certified Passive House Affordable Housing and Mixed-Used Development. Vacant lot developed in partnership with the MTA, HPD. Coordination with consultants, ownership, and multiple governmental and regulatory agencies to obtain approvals and complete construction documents.
