I’m a Civil Engineer seeking to improve the customer experience and business performance. I have experience of both large scale change, and small changes within teams. Experienced Lean practitioner, in training others and mentoring them through improvements. Agility is an increasing passion with so many opportunities to help people serve customers in the business. I led the introduction of Scrum and SAFe for business change and set the scene for the application of agile principles and techniques to the design of construction projects. My success is down to those I work with, I just cultivate the environment to help them do what they do best.
