As a Strategic Change Consultant, I work with SME leadership teams across the creative industries and professional services to navigate complex transitions, refine strategic direction and enhance organisational effectiveness. My approach blends hands-on delivery support with advisory consulting, structured workshops and innovative tools to drive meaningful change.I design and deliver tailored services beginning with agile, action-focused strategic coaching for smaller organisations; and I’m developing more in-depth culture and strategy engagements for larger clients.My work helps leaders clarify their vision and prioritise high-impact actions, strengthen operational resources and align teams amid competing preferences and demands.–Inevitably I’m exploring the benefits of integrating AI tools into the process, both as a tool that speeds up information restructuring - writing reports faster; and as a tool that provides more expansive analysis - connecting insights across conversations and documents. Occasionally the technology will propose a decision outcome or generate an idea - but this is used as a suggestion to keep the human conversation
