At Empiric we work with small and medium size organisations that are looking to grow or expand providing them with practical business advice, management skills and know-how. My role at EP is to provide IT guidance, cyber security advice and help with Cyber Essentials and CE Plus certification. Our partners have worked across a broad range of industries and in a wide number of roles. We have experience running businesses and can advise on everything from strategy, organisational design and brand development to manufacturing, sales, customer experience and IT. The advice we give is practical and relevant and based on our own collective experience gained over many years. Having walked in our client’s footsteps we are aware of the challenges they face and can share our knowledge, skills and expertise not only to find the right solutions that help their business thrive but also to help implement them, every step of the way.
