   Hired to establish the Spend Management service line under Legal Transformation Solutions. In this role, I developed the Litigation Spend Assessment, which uses data science applied to invoice task descriptions to identify instances where law firms performed routine work that could have been right-sourced to an alternative service provider. Additionally, I oversaw the creation of our invoice review and invoice analytics solutions and build out our business intelligence capabilities.In July 2022 I expanded my role to oversee the development of Epiq’s dashboarding, analytics, and data science solutions, and lead new solution design efforts across Legal Transformation Services. This includes scoping, defining, and launching new solutions, as well as refining existing solutions to make them repeatable, scalable, and productized.
