Ensuring Aviva is able to protect and realise value from its data assets. Responsible for Aviva\'s Group data governance and management standards, policies, processes and practices. Driving forward Aviva\'s maturity in key areas of data management and governance including Data Ethics, Data Quality Management, Records Management, Data Retention and Deletion, Data Risk and Controls, Metadata Management (Data Cataloguing), working closely with Business teams, Data and Enterprise Architects, CISO/Information Security teams, and technical teams. Enabling more efficient and effective data governance and management through technology - ensuring that the tech supports the right business processes, underpinned by a clear operating framework.
