ABOUT PETE REAVEY

Through both employed and voluntary roles, I\'ve been able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail and be able to adapt myself to a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders. I have been able to take projects and events from concept, through development and onto delivery. I\'ve been able to manage a busy array of stakeholder expectations and ensure they feel fully included in the process.I\'ve been able to work across a diverse range of events, often handling multiple workstreams at the same time, and prove my ability to set my own goals, but also work with others to achieve team tasks before deadlines. In my stage management background, I\'ve been able to deliver outcomes to a consistently high standard, whilst being able to these same deadlines. I\'ve also been able to manage budgets and work with the wider stage management team to ensure consistant adminstration and accountability.I\'ve been able to work in a varitey of event-based roles, including volunteer deployment and pre-event management, control room-based comms, accreditation - including managing the distribution of accreditation for St John Ambulance at the London Marathon (2021-22) and Platinum Jubilee.Throughout the pandemic, I was a Response Coordinator as part of the nationwide vaccination roll-out, through which I was able to prove my adaptability in new, constantly changing, working arrangements, terminology and processes. I virtually led a team of over 300 volunteer vaccinators, being their first point of contact for everything related to their journey as part of the vaccination programme.
