As a leader at General Atomics, I manage a diverse team, spearheading key projects including a significant Mendix implementation and a SharePoint platform overhaul, while fostering a culture of innovation and strong customer relations.• Lead a half-million-dollar budgeted project to develop scheduling software built on the SharePoint platform integrating with other systems including SAP and Oracle.• Currently manage a team of 3 developers but I have consistently been called upon as needed to lead our larger team of 12, which includes a mix of consultants. Participated in Value Stream meetings, budgetary decisions, and worked with team members through personnel issues. • Assisted in migrating over users from Oracle portal to SharePoint 2010 intranet.• Converted paper-based event registration/check-in with over 3,500 attendees to electronic form, this shortened the count period from weeks to real-time. • Moved Dev team from vanilla JavaScript to TypeScript and React to speed up application delivery.• Meet with customers from All Affiliate’s approx. employees to gather requirements, make suggestions, and implement impactful solutions.• Introduced the idea of Agile & SCRUM to the IT department and ran a project with it delivering business solutions in weeks rather than months.
