Definition of the technology strategy, enterprise architecture and associated technology roadmaps; oversight of the architectural review process for VUMC technologies and services; and deliver a range of IT enabled business change initiatives to meet strategic obligations in accordance with expectations of quality and within agreed upon costs. Work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Business Operations, the Directors of the various application Portfolios, the Director of the PMO, and the Chief Health Information Security Officer to implement technology policies, procedures, and controls to ensure effective timely, cost-effective, and highest quality systems and solutions.
