   Responsible for the set-up, disconnection, relocation and inventory of IT hardware and peripherals, to include Active Directory, Printers, PCI, TCP/IP Protocol, Security and Risk Management, Networking, Data, Server patches and updates, Micros Simphony EMC and Opera software and hardware, CCTV Management, VLANs, Switches, Cisco Wi-Fi Access Points, Television and Phone Systems (200+ staff, 246 rooms)- Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all multi-user computer systems and personal computers in the hotel- Maintain backup procedures for all systems to ensure protection from loss of data and ensure backups are carried out in accordance with corporate and local policies- Act as the hotel\'s liaison with both hardware and software purveyors. In addition to, creating How to Guides, IT Policy and Procedure SOP\'s, leading training classes on the importance of security, PCI, and best practices.
