The investments that matter most aren\'t financial.I spent thirty years in investment management and executive leadership — co-managing an $8B growth fund, building Columbia\'s first international office, serving on boards and advising founders. I knew how to evaluate companies, lead teams, and make high-stakes decisions under pressure.What I didn\'t know was how to separate who I was from what I did.I left my last executive role not because it wasn\'t working — but because I wasn\'t. I had optimized my career while quietly neglecting the question of what it was all for. Becoming a coach helped me untangle that.Now I work with senior leaders, executives, and founders who are facing their own version of that question. Not a crisis, necessarily — often just a quiet recognition that success doesn\'t feel like enough, that the boundaries have blurred, or that the next chapter needs to look different from the last one.My approach focuses on integration rather than optimization. That means we work on your leadership challenges while examining the beliefs, patterns, and identities underneath them. The goal isn\'t balance — it\'s alignment between who you are and how you lead.I\'m a Hudson Institute Certified Coach (HCC) and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
