Responsible for the implementation of Osler\'s project management strategy and managing internal processes aimed at delivering better value to clients while improving profitability of the firm. In this role I am responsible for:• Process improvement projects and initiatives• Delivering training programs on legal project management for all levels of legal professionals and legal assistants within Osler and for legal departments at our clients• Responding to client RFPs• Providing advice to legal counsel in connection with the development, evaluation, and execution of task-based matter budgets and alternative fee arrangements• Facilitating the development of scope and project plans• Developing budgets, monitoring financials, and reporting on legal matters in all legal practice areas• Managing the development of standardized budget and fee report templates for various areas of legal practice• Facilitating lessons learned discussions to improve processes and identify areas for improvement in the delivery of legal matters• Developing project management tools for managing legal matters
