Responsible for all solution strategy and pre-sales activity around the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Business Central and Power Apps platforms. Key aspects of the role are to advise potential and key clients on customer engagement strategy and deliver expert content at customer presentations and Xpedition seminars. Also responsible for solution design of Dynamics 365 deployments incorporating associated Microsoft technologies and complementary ISV or custom components. In addition to solution strategy my current role includes management of the pre-sales resource across both the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central teams.
