As SVP, Team Leader- Portfolio Management for Citibank’s Asset Based Finance group, I lead a team of professionals that manage a diverse portfolio of senior secured loans to national and global middle-market companies. Portfolio transactions includes bilateral and Citi led syndicated loan facilities that are used for working capital purposes, recapitalizations, debt refinancing, restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Facility sizes range from $25MM to $750MM. Facility structures include revolvers, equipment and real estate term loans, and capex lines, with a full complement of treasury management, foreign exchange and hedging products available. Target businesses include companies engaged in manufacturing, distribution, retail and select business service providers. Servicing clients with international ownership and/ or operations are a particular focus given the global span and depth of Citibank’s commercial banking operations.
