Invited to join Quest Software in a senior software development role to work on the company’s Identity Management product portfolio. Dell subsequently acquired Quest Software in 2012• Researched, developed and documented the connector technology necessary to integrate Dell’s identity provisioning and directory synchronization products to IBM platforms over LDAP• Designed and developed a solution to allow customers using an existing legacy password synchronization product to migrate to Dell’s newer and better offering• Supported a number of legacy products, troubleshooting intricate customer issues and providing solutions in challenging timeframes• Researched and developed the interface to integrate Dell’s web-based Cloud SSO solution with Dell’s directory auditing and compliance tracking solutions• Added C#/.NET and IIS to my strong development experience of C and C++ on Windows
