IBAC is a federation of 11 Member Associations representing the interests of the property and casualty insurance brokers across Canada. As a national association, IBAC advocates on behalf of insurance brokers and consumers, supports and elevates the broker profession, and promotes a sustainable broker distribution channel. As CEO, responsible for all operations and for implementing the goals of the strategic plan as approved by the Board of Directors. Deliver success across our four key program areas of federal advocacy, national advertising, professional development and technology. Collaborate with other leaders in the insurance industry, and represent the organization to the public. Led IBAC\'s rebranding, including new digital advertising and more strategic national TV buy Leveraging government relations skills, raised IBAC\'s profile in Ottawa to reinforce consumer protection provisions of the Bank Act and to expand IBAC\'s public policy involvement
