About Peter Castellano
Generally passionate about health, nutrition, scientific research, and physical fitness. Overall career past and future paths include:1. Medical Innovation - what this means is (a) coming up with new ideas to improve patient and consumer outcomes,(b) assembling and managing a team of stakeholders to plan and execute a project, and (c) executing the project. It also requires being up to date on medical technologies and medical information, which I do every day.2. Legal and Compliance - I have over 12 years of legal and regulatory experience in the financial field. From those years, i became an expert in risk assessment and risk management, regulatory analysis and legal writing, and relationship management with all levels of the companies. Ideally, I\'d prefer to transfer these skills to the health and medical compliance area, but I am not yet certified in HC Compliance (CHC). I\'m willing to get certified should a healthcare compliance department be interested in me.3. Operations and Program Management - After evaluating what I\'ve done in various roles over the years, I\'ve determined that I essentially plan, strategize and execute. I can maintain a foot view of projects and, hence, I\'m a good manager, but I can also get into the weeds to get things done, collaborating with all departments.Primary Skills:• Relationship Management • Innovation and Project Management • Risk Management • Compliance and Legal• Strategic Planning • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Problem Solving• Ideation and Discussion Facilitation
