Post LIU-GRS reorganization, I served as the Senior Scrum Master for the Ironshore Integration team which is responsible for integrating Ironshore. Ironshore is an excess and surplus lines global specialty insurance firm acquired by Liberty Mutual in December 2016. The mandate is to program-manage the multi-year integration projects across all business lines and profit centers for North America. Managed release-train pipelines mostly through standard waterfall project management methodologies coordinating with on- shore and off-shore resources covering application implementation and decommissioning efforts, business process re- engineering and automation, as well as other technology assets (ex. laptop migrations, telephony equipment migrations, etc.)
