Most organisations believe they have strong identity and endpoint security.In reality, they often have configuration, not architecture.I specialise in designing and hardening Microsoft identity and device environments where the threat model is real, not theoretical. My focus is the control plane that underpins modern Microsoft estates: identity, device trust and privileged access.Over the past two decades I’ve worked with large enterprises and government organisations where security assumptions have to stand up to real-world attack.In many environments the technology is already in place. The challenge is architectural.
