During my tenure here (Pacific Western & Banc of California), I led a profit center with ~$1.5B in loan commitments and ~$125MM in deposits, overseeing the entire portfolio management process from acquisition to payoff. I provided proactive leadership and development for a team of 15 employees.One of my successes was establishing a new vision for the group and restructuring the team to leverage underutilized strengths, significantly improving overall performance. By transferring SMEs to relevant departments, rightsizing the team, eliminating silos, and promoting collaboration, I transformed group-wide efficiency and effectiveness.Another success of mine was revamping the Group\'s cadence to ensure team cohesion by developing a communications framework and eliminating bottlenecks. I strategized changes through one-on-one meetings to identify and resolve communication issues, enhancing overall efficiency.I led the initiative to centralize the construction loan disbursement process, aiming for performance excellence.
