General Business Professional with a Restaurant Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Construction background.From all the titles, it seems I have an overabundance of responsibility, and you are correct. Since I returned to Fayetteville, NC in 1998, I have constantly been expanding my field of expertise. The restaurant business is where I grew up. As I added more locations to my chain, I began my Commercial Real Estate practice to help with lease negotiation and investment property acquisition. The third addition, Construction, came about once I needed to renovate existing structures. I can maintain all of my \'careers\' because of a proven track record of hiring the right people and allowing them to do their jobs and do them well. My career is full of challenges and keeps me energized and always looking for new challenges.
