About Peter Blok
After 35 years in supply chain and manufacturing, it’s time to pay it forward. I started OFI to help companies and individuals improve their supply chain and production management skills. I saw good companies struggle and good people be frustrated because the teams lacked some skills and often an understanding of how all the parts of the company should work together. Too much or too little inventory, coordination problems, and internal conflicts are too common. I became convinced that a major contributor is a lack of knowledge and understanding.
