Responsible for delivery of on-site and remote data protection officer services and data privacy advice, consultancy and implementation work for a variety of organisations across multiple sectors and geographies. This work covers all aspects of data protection including: creation/updating policies, procedures and data maps, responding to subject requests, implementing supporting an monitoring DPIA and data breach procedures, reporting against agreed metrics to board members and senior managers, highlighting emerging data protection trends/changes that may have future impacts on business operations creation and delivery of data protection training programmes to all levels within organisations.Creation and delivery of full-day and half-day public training courses in locations across the UK covering a wide range of data protection topics, i.e, GDPR, UK data protection, DPO training, Subject Access Requests and data protection annual updates. This included the provision of data protection services to a range of clients including two global telecom companies, a software development company, a medical science organisation, a global toy manufacturer and importer, two academy trusts each with 20+ schools and a global branding and marketing company. This work included the implementation of data protection compliance programmes for global clients operating across the EU, USA, Canada, Asia, Australia and South America.I have also developed training materials for face to face and online training courses covering all aspects of data protection including board level updates/awareness training.
