We do have a preference to re-use and recycle old buildings in preference to expanding into Yorkshire\'s decreasing green countryside. We love new technology and green energy and wherever possible (planners permitting) seek to install green energy solutions. We have a great team around us that includes a chartered surveyor with over 30 years building experience, a former banker with over 30 years experience in finance and a builder with 20 years experience on the tools. Our architects have worked on many listed buildings which puts us in a great position for working on the many older buildings in York and the surrounding towns and cities in Yorkshire.
