I am a complex commercial litigator with big firm and trial experience who is based in Saul Ewing’s New York City Office. My areas of practice include all aspects of sophisticated business disputes, including real estate and construction, healthcare, corporate governance and finance, securities, bankruptcy and general commercial matters. I have been practicing law for almost 30 years and have extensive experience in all phases of litigation, arbitration. mediation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings from the pleading phase through trial and appeal. In addition to obtaining numerous multi-million dollar judgments and settlements on behalf of clients, I have also participated in bilateral and multilateral mediations that have resulted in favorable outcomes for my clients. Additionally, I have been appointed by numerous federal courts to serve as an equity receiver and/or special master of companies that have been alleged to have committed unfair and deceptive acts and practices against consumers in violation of Sections 5 and 13(b) of the FTC Act. I have also been engaged by numerous other receivers and special masters to assist them in fulfilling their duties as court-appointed equity receivers in FTC, CFTC, SEC and other federal enforcement actions.
