I lead Jabil’s enterprise-wide Ethics and Compliance Program, including our international compliance team, global investigations, and the privacy and anti-corruption programs. Our data-driven team of attorneys, forensic investigators and compliance specialists partner with our business leadership to identify and remediate risk. We conduct investigations involving allegations of violations of our Code, our policies, or applicable laws and regulations. We develop and deliver ethics and compliance training to employees and leadership globally, and provide guidance as needed. We actively manage our global ethics and compliance hotline. We also conduct pre-acquisition compliance due diligence and post-acquisition integration assistance.
