My early research into tax codes led me to specialize in IRS practices and procedures. In particular, I focused on the area of “collection” which subsequently led me into the tax resolution business.The tax resolution arena is comprised of many specialties including Offers in Compromise, Subordination Agreements, Installment Agreements, Bulk Sales, Trust Fund Recovery defense, the analysis of Dischargability of taxes in bankruptcy, and obtaining release of tax liens. As the author of The Ultimate Tax Resolution Guide, Peter quickly became known as the guy who literally wrote the book on tax resolution. In fact, other tax professionals, including lawyers, accountants, and enrolled agents sought Peter out to teach them the intricacies of tax resolution. Peter shared with his fellow professionals his insights into successfully working with the IRS to achieve true tax relief for their clients.In addition to resolving taxpayer issues nationwide, the Tax Resolution Institute offers courses and other educational training materials to professionals (CPA\'s, EA\'s, Attorneys) practicing in the area of taxation. By utilizing field-tested strategies we have mastered over the past 30+ years, we continue to obtain amazing results time and time again.Because we understand this business so well, it is important to us that the majority of professionals, if not everyone practicing in this area maintain a top-notch reputation.
