ABOUT PETER WOODLEY

I am an experienced Chartered Surveyor with a long history of working in the property world, often at senior level and leading multi disciplinary teams on strategic and capital projects.I have 40 years of experience in Planning, Development and Construction, Project Management, Sales and Acquisitions, Investment, Legal Negotiations, s.106 negotiations, Viability Studies, Asset and Estate Management, Strategic Planning, Regeneration and Economic Development and aspects of Compulsory Purchase and Compensation. I have worked across all sectors including retail, leisure, industrial, offices, housing, primary care, secondary care and social care. Over my career I have worked with and within Local Government, CCG’s, Healthcare Providers, the Cabinet Office, the LGA and Welsh LGA, RSL’s, Charities, Community Interest Companies and Social Impact Funds. I have secured £m’s of pounds in funding, including ERDF, One Public Estate, MHCLG and Land Release programmes. Most recently, I have been involved with shopping centres, head lease re-gears, planning, residential land sales, packaging and marketing of airports and aviation related asset management and development, waste and recycling depots, car parking strategies and general major land promotion.I am a consummate problem solver,\"trouble shooter\" and \"cross seller\". I particularly like a challenge and something that is “off the wall” and unique.
