I lead the operations planning efforts of the nation\'s first privately-funded intercity passenger rail service between Miami and Orlando including the development of passenger service plans, integration of existing freight service and determination of infrastructure improvements required on the host freight railroad. Represented Brightline at all public hearings and authored the operations impact section of the Draft and Final Environmental Impact Statement.From 20••••21, I was in a consulting/extension of staff role via EXP, HNTB and Second City Railway Planning. As of 2021, I am directly employed by Brightline.
