I have worked on almost all technology areas related to Telecoms and IP networking,in previous roles I have implemented and supported networks using SDH/DWDM and OSPF/BGP/EIGRP/RIP routing protocols, various WAN/LAN ccts from 2Mb/s leased line to 10/40 Gigabit Ethernet.I have exposure to various voice technologies and equipment from Premises based PBX systems to VOIP specifically Cisco Call manager v5.6.7.I have been involve with an EMEA wide Network Refresh programme on the Bank of America network which included upgrading the Data Centre switches from Cisco Catalyst 6500E to Nexus 7010 and 5548 switches.In many of my previous roles I have had to interact with peers and stakeholders from IT technicians to CTO/CEO of the clients always providing the highest levels of customer care.
