Peter Weiss is a Council Member for the City of Oceanside’s. Peter earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1981. He is a registered Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor and has been with the City of Oceanside since 1986. Peter was the City Engineer and Public Works Director before becoming City Manager.
