Pete is a Chartered Engineer with extensive and wide-ranging experience in transport planning and highway design. He has over 20 years’ experience of providing transport advice to deliver positive outcomes for private and public sector clients on major regeneration and redevelopment sites. His experience covers a broad range of development projects but he has particular expertise in the assessment of large scale masterplans, strategic transport studies and complex urban transport projects. He leads teams and projects, working collaboratively with project partners and stakeholders and regularly negotiates with local highway authorities and National Highways regarding access proposals, off-site impacts and proposed mitigation works, including physical works and Section 106 contributions.
